The Mayor and Council of Boonsboro, Maryland is inviting qualified consulting firms to submit proposals, until 4:00 PM on Friday June 14, 2019 for the Town’s Economic Development Commission (EDC) development, design and manage an EDC Tourism Website. The Request for Proposal may be downloaded from the Town’s website or obtained from Town Hall located at 21 North Main Street Boonsboro, MD 21713.

Proposals will be presented to the Mayor and Council for final review and consideration. The Mayor and Council of Boonsboro, Maryland reserve the right to reject any and/or all bids if the bids received are not in the best interest of the Town.

Capitol Heights - Mentor Avenue Street Improvements

THE TOWN OF CAPITOL HEIGHTS,  MARYLAND,  requests bids from qualified contractors for Project _PY-44_Mentor Avenue Street Improvements,  Contract No.  2019-04. Contract documents may be obtained for a non-refundable fee of
$ 50.00 at the Town Hall’s Front Desk. A compulsory Pre-Bid meeting will be held at the Town Hall Room on May 15th,  2019 at 10:00 am. Seal Bids will be received at the Town Hall front desk until 2:00 pm on May 29th , 2019, at which time bids will be opened public and read aloud.

Emmitsburg – Backflow Preventer Installation

The Mayor and Commissioners of Emmitsburg, Maryland are requesting bids from certified plumbers in the State of Maryland to install testable and non-testable backflow devices at properties which receive water service from the Town.  The successful bidder shall be considered the preferred backflow preventer device contractor for the Town during the contract term.  No contract to perform these services will be awarded by the Town.  Instead, the successful bidder will only be identified by the Town as an approved or preferred plumber to perform these services for water service customers.   Any contract to perform the services will be between the customer and the successful bidder.  Water customers will be under no obligation to use the Town's approved or preferred plumber. The Mayor and Commissioners of Emmitsburg, Maryland are requesting sealed bids from qualified general contractors for the rehabilitation of the Community Pool, Pool House.

The Mayor and Commissioners of Emmitsburg, Maryland are requesting bids from qualified loggers to harvest approximately 167,871 board feet Intl. 1/4” Rule of hardwood sawtimber. The timber is located near Rainbow Lake on the north side of Hampton Valley Road, Emmitsburg, Maryland 21727.

Five copies of the sealed proposals are due by 4:00 pm on Monday, June 3, 2019. Proposals will not be accepted via email. Please boldly note on sealed bids “ATTN: ZACH GULDEN, STAND #5 TIMBER HARVEST BID, DO NOT OPEN.”
